Services
How things get started
We are committed to providing personalized mental health care, tailored to the unique needs of each individual. We provide services for all ages, children and adults. After a session is booked, several screening tools and forms will be sent to the client’s email for completion. This could take up to 60 minutes to complete. We ask that the forms are completed at the latest 48 hours prior to your visit. This will allow the provider enough time, to review the client?s history and screening tools. Parents will need to be available during session for clients under 18 years of age.

Initial consultation
Your first visit will be 60-90 minutes long. During this time, we will go over clinic policies and answer any initial questions you may have about any the operations of the clinic if unclear after reviewing our website.
More importantly, we go over current symptoms, past mental health treatments, medical treatments, family, and social history. We will review your current and past medications and supplements. If additional clarification is needed, we may request for additional records from past mental health provider.
Follow up visits
These visits are for established clients and take anywhere from 25-40 minutes. During these sessions, medications will be reviewed and adjusted if needed. Psychotherapy is incorporated in most follow-up visits and we utilize a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy during sessions. Considering the time constraints when combining these visits with medication management, we encourage our clients to be under the care of a psychologist or a licensed therapist and recommend frequent visits as studies have shown better outcomes occur when people combine medication and therapy for conditions like depression.

Research Shows Psychotherapy Is Effective But Underutilized
During initial or follow-up visits with our clients, we go through current lifestyle including diet, exercises, other social habits and provide recommendations that may be beneficial for you on your path to healing.
Utilizing an evidence-based treatment approach is our priority and we use a combination of psychopharmacology and psychotherapy in most cases. However, we understand and appreciate that not everyone will fit into the norm. In such cases, we may recommend alternative treatments, such as meditation/yoga, mindfulness, ketamine infusions and vitamin infusions to get our clients to their mental health goals.
