New patients, please allow 48 – 72 hours before your first appointment to enable insurance verification and to allow costs co-pay/co-insurance and other financial responsibilities to be provided to you.
Patient Payment Method
Payments are processed as quickly as possible. We will charge your credit card on file for all other financial responsibilities related to your care and treatment that is not covered by your insurance or for missed/late rescheduling and/or cancellation fees. Credit card required on file for all clients.
Cancellation/Rescheduling/No show Policy
Cancellation or rescheduling requires a 48-hour notice or a $100 charge will be incurred to the credit card on file.
